Clean and Adjust - we don't just blow or spray things out, we clean and adjust key system components, including raising and cleaning outdoor coils as often as need to allow your unit to operate more efficiently in the tough Texas heat.
Service and Lubricate - we also check refrigerant levels, tighten electrical connections, lubricate moving parts, and inspect overall system performance to reduce unnecessary strain on your equipment and wasted electricity.
Test and Confirm - Once service is complete, we test your system under real operating conditions to make sure it’s cooling properly and performing at peak efficiency. We work to ensure if we say its fixed, its fixed and not just for a day or week.

Spencer's Yearly Maintenance Program
Having someone on call around the clock is priceless and at Spencer's we can ensure your home HVAC system is protected. This program includes both fall and spring Seasonal System Checks (A $200 value) as well as an additional 10% of any other service or emergency call. We prioritize our yearly maintenance clients so you can be assured your concerns are at the top of our list.


New Unit Installation
Whether we are working with a builder on a new home install, or replacing an old unit, we give our customers the confidence to know they are getting the best unit for their budget. We are honest about how that unit will function and what kind of longevity they can expect without sugar coating the facts or giving unrealistic expectations.
